The "fine" print:

All condos are non-smoking and adults only.  Each condo sleeps 4 (2 king beds).  Rates are based upon 1-2 person occupancy, $100/week fee will be added for 1 or 2 additional persons.  For stays longer than 3 months, please contact us for rates.

Pets: $39 per night for each pet up to 3 nights or $100 for 4 nights or more per week.

Lodging Tax: 12% if stay less than 29 nights (in other words, stay over 28 nights and save 12%)
 

Deposits:

Security Deposit (refundable): Not required for stays less than 2 weeks.  $500 if staying more than 2 weeks.  Any damages that are less than the security deposit shall be deducted from the security deposit. Any damages in excess of the security deposit are the guest's responsibility and must be paid within 15 days from checkout. The Security deposit, minus any damage fees, shall be credited back to you within 15 days of your stay.

Deposit:  Only required for more that 2 week stay.  The deposit is equal to 50% of the rental rate, plus the security deposit and applicable city tax. It is due upon making the reservation.
Other Fees: Cleaning Fee $120 for 2 or more weeks.

Cancellation Policy: For stays 1 night to 2 weeks: no charge if 7days (14 days for holidays or special events) before your stay, otherwise the full amount will be charged. This allows us to be fair to other prospective guests.  For stays longer than 2 weeks: if notification is received 30 days prior to the arrival date, all payments received, minus a $65 cancellation fee, will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 30 days before arrival, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property. If the property is not re-rented, no money will be refunded. If the property is re-rented, all payments received, minus a $65 cancellation fee, will be refunded. If the property is re-rented for 50% of a guest's stay, 50% of all payments received, minus a $65 cancellation fee, will be refunded. No money is refunded in the event of an early departure.
